2. What are my shipping and handling charges?


Pottery Adventure only ships orders UPS unless going to Hawaii, Alaska or APO boxes.
Shipping charges are $11 for orders up to $99.99, $15 shipping for orders up to $149.99, $18 shipping for orders up to $199.99.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200.
All free shipping by Pottery Adventure Polish Pottery will be via UPS only.
All gift certificates shipping alone will ship USPS first class mail at no cost.
Hawaii, Alaska and APO orders over $200 will receive a $20 credit toward actual shipping costs.

Alaska, Hawaii, and APO customers will be charged actual shipping costs. For orders over
$200.00, a $20.00 credit will be given toward shipping.

3. How long until I receive my order?

Normally orders ship UPS within 2 business days from our Colorado warehouse.
You should expect to see your pottery within 7-10 days.
Alaska, Hawaii and APO orders will take longer to recieve and ship USPS.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks .
Checks may take longer depending on the postal service. If you prefer to place your order via telephone,
please call (303) 459-2049 or toll free (866)628-0632 and we will be delighted to take your order over the phone.

5. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Colorado residents only must pay tax at 6.75%.

6. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm MST. We do many art shows and craft fairs
on the weekends and are unavailable at these times. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible
upon our return. If you'd like to visit our warehouse in Castle Rock, please call for an appointment. We do not
have standard business hours at the warehouse.

7. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! See catalog section and select gift cards to find your amount. Please call if
an amount other than shown is required and we will be happy to accomondate.
(Minimum gift card purchase is $25.00)

8. What do you do with my e-mail address?

We never sell your information or give to anyone else. Your e-mail address will remain confidential and will
only be used by us for sending information regarding specials, new items, etc.. You can
